One booking covers your whole crew. Post the event, set your hourly rate, and identity-verified staff near your venue accept until the crew is filled — you get a roster with names and phone numbers before the day, and payment sits in escrow until the work is done. It's built for festivals and outdoor events, corporate events and conferences, wedding and private venues, and stadium or arena overflow — anywhere you need a reliable crew of ten or more.
Is this the same as hiring security guards?
No. This is unarmed presence work — ushering, crowd flow, entrance checks, and general event support — performed by identity-verified staff who are not licensed security guards. Need licensed or armed professionals? Use the standard licensed marketplace.
Where is it available?
Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, Idaho, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Kansas — states where this kind of unarmed event work requires no guard license. Cities with local permit rules are excluded (St. Louis, Kansas City, Wichita, Topeka, Lenexa, Lawrence, Rapid City). The venue's real location decides eligibility.
How many staff, and how far ahead?
Minimum 10 staff per event, up to 500. Book at least a few weeks ahead — crews are assembled from verified staff near your venue, and more lead time means a fuller roster.
